SOLD – 32 Monarch Park Avenue – GREENWOOD-COXWELL

A couple of weeks ago, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20 x 100 foot lot with 2 parking spots and a garage at 136 Monarch Park Avenue.

It didn’t have a lot of storage or super high ceilings, but it was a really good house in a good location.

It had been listed at $599,000 and sold for $741,000.

This house is basically the same house, but with a different stair location, style, and it has been opened up.

It is also 3 bedrooms (without the +1), but it has 3 bathrooms instead of 2.  It is located on a 24.17 x 100 foot lot with parking for one spot.

And it is located closer to the park.

Actually, it is right around the corner from the shack/garage/garden shed at 30 Hanson Street that  didn’t have running water but still sold in the summer for $165,000
