PRICE DROP/RELIST – 483 Dupont Street, Unit 120 – SEATON VILLAGE

A year and a half ago, I posted this townhouse loft at 483 Dupont Street in the ‘Annex Loft Houses’.
It was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a den on 4 levels of living space.  I liked it.
It was listed at $869,000 which, for the location and the size, I thought was a good price.
I guess I was alone because it looks like this place never sold and is on the market again…
For $859,000.
