It was listed at $2,195,000.

It sold…
For $2,250,000.

Two days. That’s how long this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 37.5 x 139 foot lot at 187 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park was on the market before it sold.

And I am not surprised that it sold so fast.

It is a great house!

It looks like it has recently been renovated and I really, really like it.  Normally, that kitchen wouldn’t be my thing but I really like it here.  The house, with the built-ins in two of the rooms on the second floor, and the 2 rooms on the third floor, is really only a 3 bedroom house, but it could easily be made into 4 with a wall and little hallway added upstairs.  So, it would end up being a 4 bedroom house with a second floor family room (not to mention the one off the kitchen) and an office.
